If you’re looking for Jason, you will most likely see him hanging out at the local coffee shop (after all he did work for Starbucks), driving a yellow school bus around Grimes, or diligently studying for the next message. He is a graduate of John Brown University in Siloam Springs Arkansas. After graduating, he spent 8 years as the music and small groups pastor at Community Christian Fellowship in Siloam Springs.

Karen is an important part of the ministry. She is a huge supporter and a helper for Jason (Brainstorming is a common occurrence at the Friesen home). She plays a vital role in the worship ministry at Crossroads. They have five children (Andrew, Timothy, Nathanael, Kaylyn, and Karley).
